  • We’ll meet you at your home to begin discussing your vision, backyard layout, measurements, and next steps.

  • We’ll work together to choose the best pool for you and your family. This may include a design plan to visualize your new pool area and selecting materials or colors. We’ll prepare a 3‑D rendering of your backyard so you can visualize your pool in your space.

  • Next, we’ll prepare a project proposal for you to review and sign. We’ll collect an initial deposit and get your project on our installation schedule. At this time, we’ll start to work on any permitting (based on your town code).

  • The installation phase begins! At this time your pool dig will start and your pool will arrive to your home, woo! You’ll be introduced to your dedicated project manager and kept up to date on your project’s milestones.

  • Once your pool is up and running, we’ll take time to teach you the basics of water chemistry and your new equipment. We’ll leave you with a care kit to get you started.

  • ENJOY YOUR NEW POOL. We’ll help get you started with your new pool by giving you a detailed tutorial on how it operates and how to properly maintain it.
